KEYNOTE ADDRESS: Chris Yapp is the Managing Consultant in ICL's Lifelong Learning arm of Multimedia Services. He has been in the IT industry for 15 years with a range of roles, technical and managerial. He was project manager for the world's first multivendor implementation of OSI. He was involved in the ICL team with the MIT Research Programme, 'Management in the 1990's' , which created much of the conceptual work behind re-engineering.
Among other publications, he is a contributor to the DfEE's recent 'Superhighways for Education: The Way Forward' report. Chris will broadcast from the Newton Abbot studio.
